Refunds or chargeback requests for property tax payments made through PayU Money
or HDFC Bank will only be processed by the BBMP

Please submit a ticket in the Grievance section if you have any questions about chargebacks
In case of multiple or double payments made towards Property Tax, BBMP will refund the excess payment amount to the taxpayer's bank account through an auto-refund process
The auto-refund process will be initiated within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the excess payment by BBMP
BBMP will not be responsible for any delay in the auto-refund process due to technical issues or incorrect bank account details provided by the taxpayer
In case of any discrepancies in the refund amount or non-receipt of refund, the taxpayer should raise a ticket under the Grievance section on the BBMP portal
BBMP will not be liable for any charges or fees levied by the bank for processing the refund amount
