Service Details – Bengaluru City Corporation Property Tax


The Bengaluru City Corporation provides an online Property Tax Payment Service to property owners within its limits. This service enables citizens to assess, calculate, and pay annual property tax electronically through the Bengaluru City Corporation Property Tax Portal.

The portal facilitates:

*   Generation of Property Identification (PID) / SAS ID and tax assessment.
*   Display of tax demand details, arrears, and applicable rebates or penalties as per GBG Act 2024 and its Rules.
*   Secure online payment through integrated Payment Gateway Services using net banking, debit/credit cards, UPI, and other digital modes.
*   Real-time payment confirmation, receipt generation, and automatic update of taxpayer records.
*   Integration with City Corporation internal systems for services, reconciliation and audit compliance.
*   This service is a government-to-citizen (G2C) e-governance initiative aimed at providing transparent, convenient, and accountable property tax collection and management for Bengaluru properties.
