ATTENTION TAX PAYERS

The records available on the Bengaluru City Corporations Property Tax Portal are updated on a near
real-time basis.Taxpayers are advised to verify their Property Tax dues, payment status,and related
information through the portal. There is no requirement to visit the office for accessing such
information.

Bengaluru City Corporations shall not be liable for any duplicate or excess payments made by
taxpayers, failed online transactions, or refunds automatically initiated by banks or payment
service providers. For transaction failures and bank-initiated refunds,taxpayers are advised to
contact their respective banks.

Requests for refund or adjustment of duplicate/excess Property Tax payments made through the
HDFC Bank Payment Gateway shall be processed only by the Bengaluru City Corporations.
Taxpayers are requested not to approach the payment gateway service provider for such requests.

For any grievances relating to double payments, refund requests, or payment-related issue, taxpayers
are requested to raise a ticket through the Grievance Section of the Property Tax Portal for resolution.
